These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Vulcan Armouries' Website, located at https://vulcanarmouries.co.uk.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Vulcan Armouries if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Accuracy and Reliability:

No guarantee of the accuracy of any firearm or shotgun is given, unless expressly stated. No guarantee for the accuracy or reliability of used firearms is given.

Please note that the descriptions of firearms are restricted to external examinations and the status of proof. Firearms are not stripped as a matter of course and it is recommended that any purchase is stripped and cleaned and that the firing, safety and sighting mechanisms are checked by a qualified gunsmith before use.

Deposits and Collection of Goods:

A 50% deposit of the sale price is required to reserve all shotguns and firearms. The deposit is not refundable for any reason, including if the purchaser changes their mind, is awaiting the grant or variation of a firearms or shotgun certificate, or if a certificate has been refused, delayed, revoked or cancelled.

All purchases must collected within 30 days from the date of payment of the deposit. Failure to collect a firearm or shotgun within 30 days from the date of payment of the deposit will result in gun storage charges (at our current rates), or the firearm/shotgun being sold. No refund will be given for any failure to collect purchases.

Refunds:

We can not refund any unwanted item that is returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and accessories. We cannot refund or exchange a used item unless it is faulty.

Should the item become faulty within 30 days you are entitled to a refund of the cost of the item ONLY if the fault can be verified under warranty. Any issues regarding accuracy do not constitute a fault.

Consumer Right of Cancellation

If you are a consumer:

You have a right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

• You may cancel within 14 days from:

  • Delivery (for goods)

  • Contract conclusion (for services)

Notify cancellation in writing (email: info@vulcanarmouries.co.uk). Return goods within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost.

Refund includes standard delivery charges but excludes upgrades. We may deduct for handling beyond what’s necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of goods.

Exceptions (no right to cancel):

• Custom-made/personalised goods.

• Sealed goods once unsealed.

• Perishable goods.

• Firearms, firearm components once shipped and legally transferred.

• Ammunition, powder or primers once legally transferred.

Firearms Sales in the UK:

In compliance with UK firearms legislation, all firearm sales by Vulcan Armouries are conducted face-to-face, either:

• At our premises; or

• Through a transfer to another Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) for collection.

We do not ship firearms or firearm components directly to private individuals. Valid certification (firearm/shotgun certificate or equivalent) must be provided and verified before completion of sale or transfer.

No firearm will be released or transferred without full legal compliance.
