(CONVERTED 7.5X53.5mm) 'MODEL 1889' STRAIGHT-PULL SINGLE-SHOT TRAINING RIFLE, serial no. 170851, for 1893, 23 1/4in. reproved barrel (in 2016), block-mounted fore-sight, tangent rear-sight graduated to 1500 meters, non-detachable magazine with single-shot conversion marked 'DEPOSE WH', receiver marked 'HERM. SCHNYDER. LACHEN A. SEE.', and 'P/21', blued finish, three-quarter stock with applied pistolgrip, 12 3/4in. pull including steel buttplate, weight 9lb. 8oz.
